A few things to know.
Where are my designs saved?
Manual edits and My Library are saved in this browser. Download a project JSON file for backup or moving between devices. Clearing browser storage removes local designs.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Use Upload in the editor for PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG artwork under 2 MB. SVG uploads are checked and converted to PNG. Uploaded artwork remains bitmap in exports.
Are the downloads true vector files?
Text, borders and built-in artwork in SVG are vectors. Uploaded images remain raster images inside SVG. PDF, EPS and DOCX embed high-resolution images. Review fonts and artwork before production.
How do shared credits work?
One full-format stamp export costs 20 credits. An HD PNG-only export costs 10. Choosing another format within the same authorized export does not charge again. New designs require a new export.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact support@inkmilo.com with your order ID. See our refund policy for unused purchases and defective downloads.
Does a stamp image make a document legally valid?
This is a design tool. A downloaded image does not establish identity, authority or legal validity. Use only artwork and organizational names you are authorized to use.
