Before purchasing
Try the editor and free watermarked preview before buying. Products are digital credit packs for stamp exports, and no physical item is shipped. Check the selected plan, USD price, applicable taxes and credit allowance at checkout. Checkout remains unavailable until payment activation is complete.
Failed downloads
A failed file download can be retried for the same authorized design without another charge. Changing the design or upgrading from PNG to all formats creates a new authorization.
Billing problems
Contact support about duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, unused-credit refund requests or a download you could not retrieve. Include your order ID and a description of the problem; never send a full card number, password or API key. We review the payment and credit usage before confirming an appropriate refund or credit correction. Used credits are not automatically refundable solely because of a change of mind. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.
