Email support@inkmilo.com for help with your account, payments, credits or stamp downloads. You can contact us without creating an account or signing in.

For payment issues, include the order ID. For export issues, tell us the file format and your browser. Never include passwords, API keys or full payment card information.

Sign in and open a ticket. Your ticket is saved in your account so you can follow the conversation. If you do not have an account, create one.

Quick answers

Local designs stay in this browser. Use Save project to download a portable backup, or choose cloud save after signing in to keep a copy in your account. A cleared browser cache or a different device will not include your local-only designs.

Your account credit history is available in Settings. Credits are used for stamp exports as described on Pricing.

Checkout remains unavailable until payment activation is complete. The template editor and free watermarked preview remain usable.
