Your designs

Editing, local saved designs and project files stay in your browser unless you choose an online feature. Clearing browser storage removes local designs, so download your project files as a backup. Uploaded artwork is processed in the browser as part of your design.

When you choose cloud save, we store the project document and its included artwork in your account so you can open it on another device. A paid export sends the design document to our server to validate the request and create an authorization fingerprint; export authorization retains the fingerprint and credit record rather than another copy of the design document.

Accounts and payments

We store your account name, email, session records and the transaction and credit history needed to operate the service. Payment providers process payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember language and display preferences. Optional analytics and advertising are disabled by default.

Hosting and support

Cloudflare hosts this service and may process technical request logs for security and operation. Information may be processed outside your country. Support tickets retain the details you submit to resolve your request; do not include passwords, API keys, full card details or confidential documents.

You can request account access, correction or deletion through Support. Browser-only projects must be deleted from your own browser. Transaction and security records may need to be retained to resolve disputes or satisfy applicable obligations.
